If the product is soiled or damaged, the return will not be accepted.\u00a0<\/p><p>A restocking fee of $29.95 per product will be applied for a return.<\/p><p>An exchange within 365 days can be accepted for a product with manufacturing defects among the following:<\/p><ul><li>Frame out of square by 10 degrees<\/li><li>Frame caved in by at least half an inch on the long sides<\/li><li>Frame twisted by 3\/16 of an inch<\/li><\/ul><p>The fabric may loosen over time. This is part of the normal aging of the product.<\/p><p>Delivery or installation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.<\/p><p>Acoustic tests are non-refundable.<\/p><p>Custom and made-to-measure products are non-refundable, regardless of the result.<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5); font-size: 1rem;\">The customer understands that the result cannot be guaranteed<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">when requesting a product that is not part of Studio Solution's regular product line.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cancellation of an ongoing order<\/b><\/p><p>Une commande non-livr\u00e9e peut-\u00eatre annul\u00e9e dans les 14 jours suivant la confirmation de commande.
