Le client s’engage \u00e0 \u00eatre
sur place au moment du rendez-vous pour recevoir les installateurs.\u00a0Si
personne n’est pr\u00e9sent, les installateurs partiront et les frais
d’installations ne seront pas rembours\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>

Le client doit s’assurer
que l’espace o\u00f9 les panneaux acoustiques seront install\u00e9s soit d\u00e9gag\u00e9 et sans
danger. Les changements au plan seront \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion des installateurs, le
client pourrait \u00eatre demand\u00e9 de payer des frais suppl\u00e9mentaires s\u2019il d\u00e9sire
changer les plans.<\/span><\/p>

L’installation de panneaux
en hauteur requiert la location de machinerie sp\u00e9ciale pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9
des ouvriers. Les ouvriers pourraient refuser d’installer des panneaux en
hauteur si la machinerie n\u00e9cessaire n’est pas sur les lieux de l’installation.<\/span><\/p>

Les ouvriers ne seront pas
tenus de compl\u00e8tement nettoyer les lieux de l’installation. Un nettoyage
sommaire pourra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9, le reste incombant au client. L’installation
peut cr\u00e9er de la poussi\u00e8re de pl\u00e2tre ou de b\u00e9ton. Studio Solution Acoustique
Inc. ne sera pas tenu responsable des dommages caus\u00e9s par ces poussi\u00e8res.<\/span><\/p>

Studio Solution Acoustique
Inc. s\u2019assure que les panneaux acoustiques sont bien install\u00e9s et solides lors
de son d\u00e9part d\u2019une installation. Il ne sera pas tenu responsable des dommages
li\u00e9s \u00e0 un panneaux acoustique qui pourrait tomber. Le client est responsable d\u2019inspecter
sur une base r\u00e9guli\u00e8re les panneaux et la stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019installation. Le
client renonce \u00e0 toute poursuite ou remboursement \u00e0 ce propos.<\/span><\/p>

Refunds<\/span><\/p>

Refunds for goods<\/span><\/p>

We accept refund requests on our site

by the customer or delivered<\/span><\/p>

– The customer has purchased too many
panels for their needs or other good faith error<\/span><\/p>

Refund requests can be made within 10
days of receiving your goods.<\/span><\/p>

Refunds do not apply to the following
products\/services:<\/span><\/p>

– The product was soiled or damaged by
the buyer<\/span><\/p>

– The customer’s goal was to soundproof
their room and is not satisfied with the result. By accepting these terms, the
customer acknowledges that the products are designed to treat the acoustics of
a room and not to soundproof it.<\/span><\/p>

– Customized panels in size or color
are non-refundable, even if they have not yet been picked up or delivered. The
customer is aware that the final result is not guaranteed as it is a custom
product and may not be perfect.<\/span><\/p>

– Custom printed signs are
non-refundable, regardless of the result. <\/span><\/p>

Returns<\/span><\/p>

The customer must bring the products
back to our workshop where they will be inspected by a member of our team. If
the product is soiled or damaged, the return will not be accepted. <\/span><\/p>

Delivery or installation fees, if any,
will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

In-person evaluations<\/span><\/p>

The customer agrees to be on site at
the time of the appointment to receive the evaluator. If no one is present, the
evaluator will leave and the evaluation fee will not be refunded. The client
will be required to pay the new fee to reschedule.<\/span><\/p>

Facilities<\/span><\/p>

The client agrees to be on site at the
time of the appointment to receive the installers. If no one is present, the
installers will leave and the installation fee will not be refunded.<\/span><\/p>

The customer must ensure that the area
where the acoustic panels will be installed is clear and safe. Changes to the
plan will be at the discretion of the installers, the customer may be asked to
pay an additional fee if they wish to change the plans.<\/span><\/p>

The installation of high rise panels
requires the rental of special machinery to ensure the safety of the workers.
Workers may refuse to install overhead signs if the necessary machinery is not
on site.<\/span><\/p>

Workers will not be required to
completely clean the installation site. A cursory cleanup may be performed,
with the remainder being the responsibility of the customer. The installation
may create plaster or concrete dust. Studio Solution Acoustique Inc. will not
be held responsible for any damage caused by this dust.<\/span><\/p>

Studio Solution Acoustique Inc. makes
sure that the acoustic panels are well installed and solid when leaving an
installation. It will not be held responsible for damages related to an
acoustic panel that could fall. The customer is responsible for regularly
inspecting the panels and the stability of the installation. The customer
waives any claim or refund in this regard.<\/span><\/p>

Limitation of responsibility<\/span><\/p>

Studio Solution Acoustique Inc. or one
of its employees will be held responsible for any problem resulting from this
site. Nevertheless, Studio Solution Acoustique Inc. and its employees will not
be held responsible for any problem resulting from any irregular use of this
site.<\/span><\/p>

Indemnity<\/span><\/p>

As a user, you hereby indemnify Studio
Solution Acoustique Inc. of any responsibility, any cost, any cause of action,
any damage or any expense resulting from your use of this site or your

amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect
any changes to the way we operate our site and the way we expect users to
