Retours

The return period for our products is 7 days. 

The customer must bring the products themselves to our workshop where they will be inspected by a member of our team. If the product is soiled or damaged, the return will not be accepted. 

A restocking fee of $29.95 per product will be applied for a return.

An exchange within 365 days can be accepted for a product with manufacturing defects among the following:

• Frame out of square by 10 degrees
• Frame caved in by at least half an inch on the long sides
• Frame twisted by 3/16 of an inch

The fabric may loosen over time. This is part of the normal aging of the product.

Delivery or installation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Acoustic tests are non-refundable.

Custom and made-to-measure products are non-refundable, regardless of the result.The customer understands that the result cannot be guaranteedwhen requesting a product that is not part of Studio Solution's regular product line.

Cancellation of an ongoing order

An undelivered order can be canceled after 14 days. Orders with custom panels cannot be refunded.
